If you find you need to return an item, please send a return request to ecom@thebikehub.com
Please remember that the following conditions must be met:
1. The item is new in box with all packaging, tags, etc. Installed or used parts will not be accepted.
2. The item is being returned within 30 days
3. The item was not a closeout item
4. The item was purchased via thebikehub.com
The Bike Hub will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please take care to package the item carefully, use a shipper that provides tracking, and insure your item. Do not attach shipping labels directly to the an item's retail packaging, unless the item was shipped to you that way.
Once your item arrives, we will process it (generally in 3 - 5 business days) and you will receive an email that your refund or credit has been issued.
