SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Our standard shipping timeframe is 2 - 6 business days. Business days (for online purchases) are defined as Monday through Friday. With our standard shipping option, our warehouse decides the quickest, most economical, way to get your package to you. We ship interchangeably between UPS and USPS. A tracking number will be provided to you regardless of the carrier used.
SHIPPING RATES
Most orders with a total price at or above $30 will have free standard shipping applied automatically.
Orders with a total price below the $30 threshold will include a $5 charge for standard shipping automatically.
Due to some larger sizes and varying weights of certain products, a flat rate charge may apply for the standard shipping option. The amount of flat rate shipping charge will depend on the category of product(s) being purchased.
The following is a list of the product categories that will have a flat rate shipping amount applied automatically upon checkout:

- Bicycle Frames - $20 shipping charge
- BMX Bicycles - $20 shipping charge
- *Bicycles $750-$2500 - $100 shipping charge*
- *Bicycles $2500 and above - Free shipping*
SHIPPING PROCESSES
*Orders placed by 7AM PST Monday through Friday will ship out on the same day.*
*Orders placed after 7AM PST will ship out on the following business day.*
*Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship out on the following Monday unless it happens to fall on a holiday. In that case, orders will ship out on Tuesday.*
Orders do not ship out on Saturday or Sunday
